Make `r<tab>` and `f<tab>` work (#4817)

Previously, commands such as `r<tab>` (replace with tab) or `t<tab>`
(select till tab) had no effect. This is because `KeyCode::Tab` needs
special treatment (like `KeyCode::Enter`).
