Reduce calculation and improve pattern in infobox

- switch to use static OnceCell to calculate Info once
- pass Vec<(&[KeyEvent], &str)> rather than Vec<(Vec<KeyEvent>, &str)>
- expr -> tt to allow using | as separator, make it more like match
